Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Wentzville, MO
The overview page — all five sizes, flat rate, what is included, same-day and next-day delivery, next-day swaps, and the radius we run out of the May Road yard across St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln counties.
This is the overview page. Hart Brothers runs 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard roll-offs out of the yard on May Road, on flat-rate pricing, with same-day and next-day delivery and next-day swaps. Cole and Wes have been doing this in St. Charles County since 2015, which mostly means we have already met whatever is about to go wrong with your driveway, your gate, your covenants or your weather. If you already know what you need, call. If you do not, the rest of this page sorts it out with you.
Flat rate means the number you get on the phone is the number, with the delivery, the rental period, the haul and the disposal inside it up to the weight allowance for that size. Protection boards come standard on every set. What sits outside the flat rate is the stuff that always does — going over the weight allowance, keeping the box past the agreed period, or loading something we cannot legally take away. The cost guide spells out exactly where those lines fall.
The radius runs east into O'Fallon, St. Peters, Lake Saint Louis, Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville and St. Charles along the I-70 corridor, and west and north out to Foristell, Wright City, Warrenton, Troy and Moscow Mills. West of Foristell you are in Warren County and north of there you are in Lincoln County, and those are separate permitting jurisdictions with rules of their own — worth knowing before you plan a street placement. Full detail sits on the service areas page.
What Each Size Is Actually For
10 Yard — Heavy And Dense
Concrete, block, brick, tile, dirt and clay spoil. Low walls, easy to load over, and weight closes it out while the container still looks half empty from the street.
15 Yard — Single Room Or Garage
A garage, a shed, one room of remodel debris or a small single-layer roof. Fits a subdivision driveway with walking room still left beside it.
20 Yard — The House Workhorse
The size that leaves this yard most often. A full basement cleanout, a kitchen or bath gut, or a larger tear-off. Side walls low enough to load without a ramp.
30 Yard — Whole House Or Jobsite
Whole-house cleanouts, basement finishing, new residential framing and commercial fit-out debris. Bulky light material that needs volume rather than weight capacity, so it swaps less often.
40 Yard — Maximum Volume
Large construction sites, warehouse clear-outs and office reconfigurations. Fewer swaps and fewer trucks on site, as long as nothing dense is going into it.
What Comes With The Rental
Delivery, the rental period, the haul, disposal up to the weight allowance for that size, and protection boards under the rails. No surprise line items afterwards.
Same-Day And Next-Day Delivery
Call before the cut-off and same day is often possible. Next day is close to certain in a normal week. Hail weeks and the spring rush are the exceptions.
Next-Day Swaps
On a jobsite or a large cleanout, a full box gets pulled and a fresh one set the next day. Tell us the day before rather than the morning it fills up.
How To Describe A Job So We Size It Right
Three answers get it right almost every time. First, what the material actually is — household contents, remodel debris, roofing, or concrete and dirt. Dense material caps out on weight and belongs in a small box, so a 10 yard of block is a bigger job than a 40 yard of cardboard. Second, how much space it is coming out of, counted in floors and rooms rather than square footage, and say whether there is a full basement, because that is the single biggest sizing fact in this market. Third, where the box can sit and what the approach looks like. If you are still unsure, the Wentzville size guide walks through it, or just call and describe the pile to us.
10 Yard Dumpster
Concrete, brick, block, tile and excavated clay — weight fills it long before volume does.

The default here: a full-basement house cleanout, kitchen gut or deck tear-off.
View this size →40yd³40 Yard Dumpster
Bulky light debris only: deck framing, siding, cabinetry, fencing, fit-outs.

A roll-off truck needs a straight approach of roughly sixty feet, about ten and a half feet of width, and clear vertical space for the hoist arm — low limbs, service drops and carport roofs are the usual obstacles around here. Protection boards go under the rails on every set. Freeze–thaw and expansive clay have cracked plenty of aprons in this county, so if yours is already broken we set back from it. Keep the load level with the top rail, because anything heaped cannot be tarped and cannot legally travel. Out of the box entirely: liquid paint, solvents, fuel, oil, batteries, tires, propane, refrigerant appliances and anything containing asbestos. Yard waste is a separate clean load through yard waste removal, because Missouri keeps it out of sanitary landfills.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental FAQs
How long can I keep the dumpster?
The standard rental period covers most jobs comfortably, and if you need longer, say so at booking rather than on the last day — extending is straightforward when we know in advance and awkward when the box is already promised to somebody else. Jobsites usually run on swaps instead, which resets the clock every time a fresh container lands. If your HOA caps container days, that number matters more than ours, so tell us what it is.
What about permits outside Wentzville city limits?
It depends whose jurisdiction you are in. Unincorporated addresses fall to St. Charles County, while west of Foristell you are into Warren County and north of Moscow Mills into Lincoln County, each with rules of its own. Driveway placement almost never needs a permit anywhere. Street and right-of-way placement usually does. Rules get amended, so confirm with the right office before delivery.
What happens if I go over the weight allowance?
You pay the overage at the disposal rate, and that is the one part of a flat-rate rental that can move on you. The way to avoid it is to be honest about the material up front. Concrete, dirt, tile, plaster and wet carpet are the usual culprits, and a container that looks half empty can already be at its limit. If heavy material is going in, tell us and we will put you in a smaller box on purpose.
Do you deliver to Warrenton, Troy or Wright City?
Yes. The radius runs west and north out of the May Road yard through Foristell, Wright City, Warrenton, Troy and Moscow Mills, and east through O'Fallon, St. Peters, Lake Saint Louis, Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville and St. Charles. Acreage jobs out that way need a word about the drive first, because a loaded truck needs firm ground and a turnaround, and a long gravel drive after a wet week is not always either. Send a photo and we will tell you.
Which size do most people actually book?
The 20 yard, by a wide margin, and the basement is the reason. It swallows a full basement cleanout or a kitchen and bath gut, the side walls are low enough to load over without a ramp, and it still fits a subdivision driveway with room to walk past. People who book a 15 for a whole-house cleanout usually ring back for a swap. When you are genuinely between two sizes, the larger box beats a second haul.
